Fors Marsh Group (FMG) is committed to making decisions that generate growth and create impact for our employees, clients, and communities. To build on this effort, FMG partnered with Year Up National Capital Region (NCR). Year Up is a non-profit organization dedicated to closing the opportunity divide—the gap between access to careers and talented individuals in underserved communities. This year, FMG interviewed and hired three Year Up intern candidates for positions in information technology (IT), human resources (HR), and recruiting.

Year Up interns are an important part of how we achieve our mission. From recruiting new staff to supporting our growing client base to creating, securing, and managing FMG’s IT infrastructure, Year Up interns are applying skills they have learned through the program to further our growth and support FMG as we expand into new markets. During their time at FMG, Year Up interns will gain skills, experience, and support to empower them to reach their potential in their professional careers.
