Fors Marsh Group to Support DHS Human Capital and Workforce Solutions

Fors Marsh Group (FMG) was awarded a two-year contract to develop and support complex human resources and workforce solutions for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Working directly with the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO), FMG will design new human capital strategies to improve organizational performance and benefit the Department’s over 240,000 employees. As part of this effort, FMG will support strategic planning, workforce planning, training, facilitation, advanced analytics, and business process improvement efforts for OCHCO. This support will directly help OCHCO as it modernizes and transforms its operations. FMG will also provide support for recruitment and retention programs, including for historically underrepresented minorities. FMG will activate its full suite of human capital experts—which include organizational and workforce consultants, data analysts, and training and development specialists—to ensure the future value of DHS employees is realized through focused investments and proven management techniques.
